Our client, AmeriHealth Caritas Louisiana, needed a complete renovation of their 4th-floor office suite in the South Tower of the Perkins Rowe Office Building — but they couldn’t afford to pause business operations to make it happen. The challenge was clear: remodel nearly two-thirds of the floor while keeping staff fully functional and minimizing disruption to neighboring tenants above and below. The result is a completely renovated, highly functional space with no office downtime.

Zea's Rotisserie Bar and Restaurant

Zea’s Restaurant in Kenner underwent a comprehensive renovation, seamlessly blending exterior upgrades like new windows with interior revitalization. With strategic scheduling, every area from dining to the bar received a facelift without halting operations. The project, within budget and on time, ensured zero downtime, preserving cash flow throughout. By prioritizing customer service and efficient collaboration, Zea’s achieved a complete transformation while maintaining business continuity.

Pho Viet Express Noodle House

Spencer's Contracting was selected as the general contractor to build out the interior suite for a new fast-casual restaurant at Heritage Crossing in Gonzales, LA. The suite is 1600 sq. ft. of retail storefront. We added a full kitchen, prep area, walk-in coolers, service bar, cabinetry, and dining area. We also added a drive-thru along the side of the restaurant for express pick-up. As you enter the restaurant you get a sense of the carefully planned décor and design that is as unique and appealing as the food they serve. It is our belief that this restaurant will be a popular eatery for the folks around Gonzales for the great food and the appealing environment.

Engel & Volkers

This was a suite located at the Mall of Louisiana in Baton Rouge that had been empty for about one year. Its location next to the Apple Store made it a great prospect for a business that was wanting to impress. We were contracted to complete this remodel project that consisted of a full renovation to the interior and storefront. We rebuilt interior walls and made a glass wall conference room that could offer privacy in conversation and yet an open feel in a small space. We added all new electrical and lighting and replaced all flooring, repainted the interior, installed new cabinetry and a new storefront look that had a clean, crisp and professional look.

Mera Salon Suites

We began by working with the owner and architect to bring ideas to the table that would offer high value without compromising quality. We started with an empty metal building and installed all construction to create a nine-room salon with 2 ADA restrooms, a kitchen/ breakroom, laundry room, and walk-in luxury shower. Our goal was to create a high end look at a relatively modest budget, and at completion the client was able to grow their business by moving into this fully functioning salon on time and on-budget.

European Wax Center

This project started with an empty shell and went from the rough-in construction phase all the way to final completion with furniture and fixtures installed and ready to open for business. At the outset, the suite was approximately 1200 sq. ft of retail storefront. We added an entry retail lobby, private clinic rooms, a single ADA restroom, and a storage area. We provided the supervisor and labor along with highly skilled subcontracted technicians to bring the project to successful completion on time.
