Lakeside Mall

Rowan is a specialty retailer that focuses on ear and body piercing in a healthy, safe way with all piercings accomplished by Licensed Nurses. This project was a tenant buildout of 1,000 square feet. We began by demolishing the interior and building out a new store to the designers specs. We built out the retail area with all new millworks, raised ceilings and high-end finishes and fixtures. Heavy glass storefront entry was updated with taller glass and satin gold trim. Privacy piercing rooms and a back area stockroom storage was added to the interior. All work was performed to a high standard that complements the prestigious Lakeside Mall architecture and environment.
