We are experienced contractors for creating attractive, functional, and safe sales and work environments-working in both outdoor retail shopping
centers and the interior of major shopping malls. Our team is also experienced with the construction permitting process for retail establishments.

Request Boutique
Request Boutique in the Mall of Louisiana is a high-concept, super-specialized retail store designed to wow the senses and welcome the curious. With wall-to-wall vintage, one of a kind, and custom made tennis shoes to buy, sell, and trade, the detail for this buildout had to be special. From the circular entrance to the woodwave-adorned retail desk, it's an adventure for the eyes. Note the glass walls; each section weighing hundreds of pounds each and worth thousands of dollars, were installed with maxium care and craftsmanship. Lighting, flooring, and decor were are all built to harmonize with the unique product displays made famous by Request Boutique- another fine project that is BuiltSpencer!
Fab'rik
We started with an empty metal building shell and installed all interior wall framing, all the dressing room booths and privacy doors, created one ADA restroom and a back of house storage area. We built and installed the point-of-sale cabinetry and solid surface countertop. A high gloss, white epoxy flooring was installed throughout the entire retail suite to create a clean, fresh feel. Our final touch was the installation of retail wall mounted racking – essential for any trendy women’s fashion boutique.

Mera Salon Suites
We began by working with the owner and architect to bring ideas to the table that would offer high value without compromising quality. We started with an empty metal building and installed all construction to create a nine-room salon with 2 ADA restrooms, a kitchen/ breakroom, laundry room, and walk-in luxury shower. Our goal was to create a high end look at a relatively modest budget, and at completion the client was able to grow their business by moving into this fully functioning salon on time and on-budget.

European Wax Center
This project started with an empty shell and went from the rough-in construction phase all the way to final completion with furniture and fixtures installed and ready to open for business. At the outset, the suite was approximately 1200 sq. ft of retail storefront. We added an entry retail lobby, private clinic rooms, a single ADA restroom, and a storage area. We provided the supervisor and labor along with highly skilled subcontracted technicians to bring the project to successful completion on time.
AR Workshop
A retail tenant build-out, AR Workshop began with an empty metal building shell. To that we added all interior framing, HVAC system, electrical, and plumbing. We also built all the interior workstation tables and wall mounted shelving. The event-based retail business was ready to book clients for their workshop offerings.
