Spencer Contracting
Spencer's Construction Division was a natural byproduct from the experience that Owner Jason Spencer's team gathered in working on projects that required them to solve building construction problems. "We put all the experience we learned in the “school of hard knocks” and on-the-job training into our Construction Division. We are excited to put our experience and efforts alongside a client that comes to us with a dream to open a new restaurant, remodel an existing one, open a new retail space, or build or remodel and office location," says Spencer.
In 2004, the company started doing commercial building repair work which mostly consisted of the repair and remodel of corporate chain restaurants. Many of these relationships are still going strong 20 years later, and Spencer is still servicing the same locations. This takes consistency and hard work. "We don’t take it for granted, and we accept each project with the same end goal: to accomplish a construction project with good customer service and a job well done," claims Spencer.
